YAAS Style products are made to order, which means each item is produced specifically after an order is placed.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, Or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, work on a replacement, refund, or other resolution for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Change Of Mind

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Size Issues

Please review the size information before ordering. Since each item is made to order, size exchanges are not available unless the product is defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Bank and payment processor timing may vary.
