How are your products made?
Our products are made to order through a print-on-demand production partner. After you place an order, the item is printed, packed, and shipped.
How long does production take?
Production times can vary by product and supplier. Most print-on-demand items usually need a few business days before shipping. During busy seasons, production may take longer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the delivery country, selected shipping method, and print provider location. You will receive tracking information when your order ships, when tracking is available.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Because items are made to order, we may not be able to cancel once production has started.
Can I return an item?
Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us and we will help resolve it.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and work on a replacement or other resolution when appropriate.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are not available for made-to-order items unless the product is defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Please check the size chart before ordering.
